Introduction

This is best served after refrigeration overnight.
Add hot pepper flakes and/or canned jalepeno peppers if you like it spicey.
Don't spare the chili powder.
Serve over brown rice in a bowl.

Ingredients

    chili powder
    onion
    kidney beans
    sweet peppers
    olive oil
    chicken broth
    hot petter flakes (optional)
    jalepenos (optional)

Directions

Cook at least 8 times this recipe.
Soften onions and peppers in olive oil over med heat then add 1,2 the chili powder, watch your heat. Do not burn the chili powder. Stir in chicken broth and simmer till vegetables are soft.
Add tomatoes. Simmer covered 15 min.
Add 1/2 chili powder.
Add beans.
Add hots.
Let simmer 1/2 hour. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
Reheat and enjoy
