Introduction
I LOVE this salad. Mom used to make this ALL the time growing up, and DANG it's good. What I love is that the dressing can be adjusted depending on your tastes, and it's great for vegetarians and meat-eaters. Also, AWESOME for pot-lucks, because it works as a main course or a side dish, and it's better the longer it sits. I LOVE this salad. Ingredients

8 oz cheddar Cheese, cubed
1/2 package frozen broccoli
1 package grape tomatoes
1/2 package garden (tri color) rotini, cooked and cooled
1 cup Kraft miracle whip regular
1 1/2 tbsp dried basil
1/4 c. dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
Directions
The night before, make the dressing, cook the pasta, and thaw the broccoli.
Mix Miracle Whip, basil, parsley, garlic powder, and salt to taste. Taste and adjust accordingly to your preferences.
Before serving, cube cheese. Toss all ingredients and serve.
Makes 8 main-course servings.
