    1 Cup Frozen Fruit (Strawberries,Pineapple,Mango, and Peach)
    1/2 Banana
    1 Cup Silk Vanilla Lowfat soy Milk
    1 Tbsp Wheat Grass Powder
    1 Tbsp Honey
