Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 cups + 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon + 1/4 tsp vegetable oil
    a dash of salt
    1/2 packet of yeast
    1/2 cup + 2 teaspoons warm water
    corn meal for dusting your pizza stone

Directions

In a glass bowl, mix yeast and warm water. When the yeast starts to bubble a little bit, add vegetable oil and salt. Once combined, add the flour and mix by hand until it all comes together. (If dry, add a bit more water.)

Roll out the dough and top with your favorite pizza items. Sprinkle your pizza stone (or cookie sheet) with corn meal to prevent the pizza from sticking. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-25 minutes or until crispy.
