Directions
boil, peel and cut the potatoes in bite size pieces. Heat oil, add cumin, when it sputters, add curry powder, chiili powder and salt. Add ginger and crushed tomotes.. mix in potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes, add yoghurt, mix and cover and bring to boil.
