    2T Olive Oil
    1 chopped Onion
    1T Minced Garlic
    1 Tsp Sweet Basil
    1 large can Diced Tomatoes and 1 small can tomato paste
    1/2 Cup Red Wine
    Salt and pepper to taste


Saute Onion and Garlic in olive oil. Add Basil, tomatoes and Red Wine. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Simmer for a while. Makes about 6 - 1 cup servings.
