Ingredients

    1.75 c Bran
    1c Quinoa
    1c Oatmeal
    1c lentils
    10oz tomato paste
    1/2c ketchup
    scallions
    garlic

Directions

Cook lentils and quinoa. Mix all ingredients in loaf ban and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

    Try less bran, no oatmeal, to make it less dry. Some veggies would give extra zing: carrots or celery. - 8/27/07
