Ingredients

16 oz. Fresh Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets
1/2 c. Hellman's Mayonnaise Light
1/2 c. 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3 green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard
1/8 tsp. Ground red pepper or cayenne
2 Tbs. Italian-Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp. Paprika
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350. Steam veggies until crisp-tender. Drain well.
2) Lighly grease a 2 quart baking dish. Arrange florets in the baking dish.
3) Stir everything else together except for the breadcrumbs and paprika. Spoon over florets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and paprika.
4) Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
