Ingredients

    105 g blueberries
    140 g raspberries
    1 banana
    8 oz original almond milk
    1 cup vanilla yogurt or 1 6oz container
    3 tbsp flaxseed
    1 cup of ice

Directions

Throw everything in a blender!
