Ingredients

    Preparation: Preheat oven 350.
    1/8 c. Stevia + 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    Combine and dust 2 greased loaf pans.

    MIXER:
    1/4 c. butter
    1/8 c. applesauce
    3/4 c. Stevia
    1/2 c. brown sugar; unpacked
    Cream together.

    2 Eggs
    3 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. (8 oz.) Greek Yogurt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    Add to creamed butter-sugar mixture.

    BLENDER; Completely liquefy...
    16 oz. white beans, canned-drained & rinsed
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda

    Pour BLENDER bean batter into MIXER mixture.
    Beat on high until smooth.
    Divide batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake 350; 1 hour.

Makes 2 loaves. Nutrition information is based on 8 slices per loaf.
*You may replace beans with 2 1/4 c. flour or gluten-free flour.
