Introduction

This bread is so yummy satisfying and so good for you. You will absolutly love it. This bread is so yummy satisfying and so good for you. You will absolutly love it.

Ingredients

    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. all purpose flour
    .5 c. quick oats
    2t. baking soda
    .5t. salt
    1T. chia seeds or other like poppy optional
    2c. no fat milk
    1t. lemon juice

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add seeds if using. Add lemon juice to milk. Make well in middle of dry ing. pour milk into center, stir together. Nead only 5 times. Pat out into about a 9 inch disk. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake about 25 min. or until golden and sounds hallow when tapped, at 400 degrees.
