Ingredients

    2 C. low sugar pasta sauce
    1 oz Parmesan Cheese (1/4 C)
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1 lb chicken breasts (3)
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 oz mozzarella cheese 1/2 C.
    Salt and pepper

Directions

S & P chicken. Press into Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning mixture to coat well. Fry in pan till done through. Place in baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese. Broil until melted. Can serve over pasta.
