1/2 tbs olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
6 cups rapini (broccoli rabe), washed and coarsely chopped
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet or saute pan over medium low heat. Add garlic, saute carefully until garlic just begins to turn a light tan color.
Add the rapini, salt, and water. Simmer until tender.
Serve immediately.
