Ingredients

24 oz stew beef
onion to taste
11 oz beef broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup sour cream (fat free)
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
24 oz stew beef
onion to taste
11 oz beef broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup sour cream (fat free)
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Cut meat into service size pieces. Add meat and onion (optional) in a slow cooker. Stir to combine
In a medium bowl stir beef broth, steak sauce, catsup, Curry powder until blender (pepper (1/4 tsp and ground ginger 1/2 tsp optional). Blend and poor over beff.
Cover and cook on high 4 1/2 to 5 hours or on low for 9 to 10 hours.
After the meat is cooked take a small bowl, stir sour cream, horseradish and cornstarch until blended. Stir into and around meat. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes or until thickened.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
I make serve it with steamed broccoli.
