Introduction

Quick way to use up leftovers! Quick way to use up leftovers!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 tbsp. olive oil
    3 oz. precooked pork
    3/4 c. precooked green beans
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Chop meat and veggies into small pieces - I used pork and green beans, but any leftover meat and vegetable will work. Add meat and veggies to the skillet and toss quickly with a spatula. Once heated, add rice to skillet and mix. Add just a small amount of soy sauce to the mixture - it is more for color than taste - and toss quickly to coat all ingredients.

Makes 2 servings.
