Introduction

Wild and Brown Rices, Mushrooms and Onions Wild and Brown Rices, Mushrooms and Onions
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2 cup cooked wild rice
    3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
    1/3 cup chopped onions (I prefer white onions)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    1 tsp. lime juice

Directions

Cook rices according to directions (minus salt) I use a rice cooker for the brown rice.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook and stir until onions turn golden. Add rices. Cook and stir 5 minutes longer. Add 1 tsp lime (or lemon) juice for flavor (MOL - more or less - to your personal taste)
Serves 1.
