Introduction

Ingredients

1 medium egg
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup immitation crab meat
1/8 cup Ragu parmesan alfredo sauce light
1 slice Kroger sliced Past. prossessed swiss singles
1tbsp green pepper
1tbsp chopped onion
1tbsp canned or fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp canola oil
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place medium egg, Egg Beaters, onions, peppers, mushrooms, salt & pepper in mini food processer-chopper.
Finely chopp crab place in a bowl, add alfredo sauce, stir together.
Place 1/2 tsp. oil in medium skillet (wrap handle in foil). Rub oil over surface of skillet. Heat skillet, add egg mixture. When bottom of egg mix is done ( check by sliding spatula arround edges of egg mixture), add crab mixture down off center. Cut cheese slice in half place lengthwise over crab mixture. Place in oven under broiler until top is done, remove. Fold omlett over and slide onto dish.
