    1-1/2 pounds 93% ground beef
    1 8-oz tomato sauce
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4-1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 t. pepper
    1 egg
    1 T Worcestershire Sauce
    1-1/2 t. salt
    6 oz. mozarella cheese (part skim milk)


Combine all ingredients except cheese. Divide into thirds. Put 1/3 in bottom of pan, cover with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers, ending with meat. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
