Ingredients

    1 cup of ground Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    2 Tbsp unsweetened Applesauce
    1 whole banana, mashed
    1 Tbsp oil
    2 level sccops of stevia extract powder

Directions

Ground oatmeal until it is a powder.
Mash the banana.
Combine all ingredients.
Spray griddle with non-stick spray.
Pour pancakes to your choice of size.

Makes 6 3"-4" pancakes
