Ingredients

    3 zuchinni-chopped into small pieces
    4 yellow squash-chopped
    4 red and green sweet peppers
    mustard seeds
    red dried chillies

Directions

Wash and cut the vegetables.Then,in a saucepan,heat about 1 tbsp of olive oil pop the black mustard seeds and chillis(dried).Then add all the vegetables-add the following spices-a pinch of turmeric powder,chilli powder,and cumin powder.Add salt to taste.Sautee till cooked.enjoy!
