    2 cups canned pumpkin puree
    4 oz. Almond Breeze Almond milk
    8 tbls. Cool Whip Lite
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    4 tsp. Stevia
    6 tbls. protein powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
