Ingredients

    *Potato - Gold, 16 oz (remove)
    *Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *Butter--Trader Joe's Salted (1 Serving = 1 Tbsp), 1 serving (remove)
    *Leek (1 cup = 1 leek= 89g), 1 cup (remove)
    *Vegetable boullion - 1 cube, 1 serving (remove)
    2 cup water

Directions

sautee leeks in butter for about 10 minutes- do not brown
add cream, water, vegetable boullion and potatoes- simmer 45-60 minutes add black and white pepper to taste. add more water if it gets too thick before the potatoes break up. optional- puree after cooked
