Ingredients

    2lbs Tilapia fillets
    1 cup Campbell's Cream of Shrimp Soup
    1 TBSP Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp minced onion
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 cup melted margarine
    1/2 tsp Worcesthire Sauce
    3/4 cups Ritz Crackers

Directions

Place fish in greased 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt. Mix soup with lemon juice. Pour over fish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 375. While it is baking saute onion and garlic in margarine. Remove from heat and add Worcesthire sauce. Blend in Ritz crumbs. Spread mixture over fish and bake 10 minutes more.
