Ingredients

2 Slices of White Bread (I prefer white bread because I think it tastes better, but you can also go with whole wheat or whatever kind you prefer)
1 Slice of Swiss Cheese (Again, this is for the taste, if you are really worried about calories, you can avoid it)
    1/2 cup of sliced tomatoes
    1/2 cup of sliced onions
    1/2 cup of shredded/cut lettuce
And for special flavoring, 1/2 tablespoon of Mayonnaise

Directions

1. To begin with, slice your tomato and onion and chop/shred/ cut your lettuce to form half a cup of each.
2. Take 2 slices of white bread (or any bread of your choice) and place a slice of Swiss cheese on one of the breads (you can avoid Swiss cheese if you want to cut down the calories).
3. Next, add the prepared tomatoes and onions on top of the cheese.
4. Then add the lettuce. Always remember to put your lettuce at the top of everything to prevent it from spilling out while making or eating the sandwich.
5. Now, spread half a tablespoon of mayonnaise (you can change the amount of mayo according to your preference) on the other slice of bread.
6. Now, put the the two slices of bread together and Voila!

7. Chef's Tip: Since it is a rather bulky sandwich, cut the sandwich diagonally so you get 2 half sandwiches instead of 1 big bulky one. This makes it easier to eat.

Serving Size: 1 Sandwich probably enough to satisfy 1 person.
