Recipe from prevention guide. It recommends adding a half a cup of cooked couscous on top of each bowl.

I also added a few of my own spices as it turned out a little bland but was amazing once I gave it a little more spice!

Ingredients

    2 large carrots sliced
    1 butternut squash seeded, peeled and cubed
    1 large red onion chopped
    2 red potatos cubed
    1/2 sweet potato peeled and cubed
    2 cups of low sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp of dried rosemary
    1rsp of dried thyme
    1/2 tsp of salt
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed

Directions

Place vegetables in slow cooker. Pour in broth and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of rosemary, 1/2 tsp of thyme, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Lay chicken over top and sprinkle with the remaining spices. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir spinach into hot liquid until wilted and serve!
