Introduction

Flavorful sauce great for fish or chicken. Flavorful sauce great for fish or chicken.

Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp capers
    1/4 C lemon juice
    1/4 C white wine

Directions

In saute pan, melt butter add olive oil. Once butter is melted add garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, white wine and capers, simmer for 2 minutes. Drizzle over cooked fish or chicken. Serves 6.
