Ingredients

20oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
2 cups frozen corn
1 can Light Red Kidney Beans (1.75 cups)
1 can Bush's Best Reduced Sodium Black Beans (1.5 cups)
1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (Hot) (1.75 cups)
1 can Garbanzo (Chick Peas) (1.75 cups)
1 packet McCormick Chili Seasoning mix (30% Less Sodium) (4tbsp)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Water (1-2 cups)
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil in a pan and brown the ground turkey.
Remove from heat and mix in Chili Seasoning mix.
Add diced tomatoes/green chilies mix and return to LOW heat. Cover and simmer.
Rinse garbanzos and blend to a paste-like consistency.
Rinse kidney and black beans.
Add corn and garbanzos to a 4-5 quart pot over medium heat. Stir in water until mixture attains a soup like consistency.
Stir in kidney and black beans.
Stir in the turkey/tomato mixture.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
