Ingredients

2lbs eye of round roast
5 medium russet potatoes
small bag of baby carrots
3 large onions
16oz caned mushrooms
2tblsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp parsley
1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix
2 tblsp of moore's original marinade
2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
2 cups hot water
Directions
in a frying pan heat :
olive oil
rosemary
parsley
garlic
worcestershire sauce and moores marinade
once pan is hot place roast in pan and brown all sides
put whole peeled potatoes on bottom of crockpot and place browned roast on top of potatoes
place carrots on outter edges around the roast
put quartered onions on top of roast and then the canned mushrooms on top of the onions.
In frying pan add 2 cups of hot water and dry vegetable mix
while stirring bring to a boil and then pour over the ingredients in the crockpot
cook on high for 6 to 8 hrs
makes 8 to 10 servings
