Ingredients

    * 4 Chicory heads
    * 1tsp rapeseed oil (for grilling chicory)
    *1tbsp sesame seeds

    Dressing:
    *2tbsp Soy Sauce
    *1.5 tbsp clear honey
    *1 sliced and deseeded red pepper
    *1tbsp toasted sesame oil
    *juice of 1 lime

Directions

Halve 4 chicory heads lengthways and cook on a preheated, lightly oiled griddle for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelised, turning halfway.

Mix the soy sauce, clear honey, chilli, toasted sesame oil and the juice of 1 lime.

Toss the chicory with the dressing and sesame seeds.
