Ingredients

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 mashed bananas
3/4 cup splenda for baking
2 egg whites
1/3 cup applesauce
2 Tbsp flax seed
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Hemp seed
2 Tbsp margarine or butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl beat together bananas, splenda, sugar, flax seed, egg, and applesauce. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture.
In small bowl mix together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and hemp. Cut in margarine until it looks like coarse cornmeal.
Pour muffin batter into muffin pan. (I got nine muffins out of my batch). Top with hemp seed mixture.
Bake for 18-20 mins.
