Ingredients

- Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
- Onion, raw, 1 cup, chopped
- Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
- Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
- Orlando Grape Leaves (2 lb. Jar contains approx. 120 leaf), 120 serving
- White Rice, medium grain (California Rose brand), 0.85 cup raw (uncooked)
- Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 3 cups
- Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Salt and Pepper

Directions

- Prepare the stuffing: Mix Onion, Salt Pepper, meat all together.
- Put approx. 1 tsp. of the the mixture on a grape leave and roll it as if it was a miniature Burrito.
Cooking:
- Put the sliced Onion in the bottom of a Pot.
- Arrange the Stuffed Grape Leaved making circles and layering on top of each other.
- Make sure you stick the gloves of Garlic between layers.
- Pour the prepared Broth in the Pot to cover the Stuffed Grape Leaves.
- Put the pot on the stove on High until it boils.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it cook until the rice is done (about 30 minutes - taste to test).
