Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 1/2 tbsp
    White Vinegar, 1/2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove finely minced
    kosher salt - 1/4 teas
    Greek yougurt, plain, 4 oz --drained
    1/2 cup low fat sour cream
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium diced and drained
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp


Directions

Makes 1 cup. Serving = 1 Tbls.

Drain the yogurt and the diced cucumber for several hours to remove excess moisture. This will help keep the sauce from becoming to watery.

Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well to combine. Using a whisk, blend the yogurt with the sour cream. Add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Finally, add the cucumber and dill.

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
