My family traditon for the holidays is to make noodles from scratch , they take some time to roll out , cut and dry overnight before cooking and my reciepe is with fat milk and you have to let the dough rest for ten minutes before rolling out . I am unsure how many servings you get out of a batch , I set it at four but will break it down better when I make it this week end and let you know
