Ingredients

    2 pounds 93% lean ground beef

    1/4 cup chopped onion or 1 tbsp onion flakes

    1 (1.25 oz) package taco seasoning

    2/3 cup water

    1 (11 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

    1 (10.75 oz) can condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted

    1 (32 oz) package tater tots

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees F

1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add corn and soup; mix well.

2. Transfer to a greased 14-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Arrange tater tots in a sing layer over the top. Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Divide into 8 equal servings.
