    Raw Prawns, 150 gram(s) (approx 10 prawns)
    Artichoke Hearts - Unico Brand 2 pieces
    Aylmer Spicy Red Pepper Diced Tomatoes, 0.5 cup
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Parmesan Shredded Cheese, 1 tbsp

    Kalamata Olives (sliced), 1 tbsp
    Dried Chili Flakes 1/8 tsp


Lightly spray saute pan with Pam, saute chopped zucchini and chopped garlic.
Add prawns and saute until slightly pink.
Add artichoke hearts (which have been quartered), tomatoes, and olives, and sprinkle of chili pepper flakes. Saute until heated through.
Toss in pasta (not included in calorie count), serve topped with shredded parmesan cheese
