    1 Haddock filet
    juice of 1/4 lime
    1/2 Tblsp light mayo
    3/4 Tblsp butter, melted
    onion powder
    3 Tblsp corn flake crumbs


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place fixh in an 11x 7 pan.
Mix mayo, lime juice, and spices and spread mixture evenly over fish. Sprinkle the corn flake crumbs over the fish, and then drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

    Baked in toaster oven in under 15 mins. Maybe my fillets were small...not sure what size...recipe doesn't say. As usual, I made substitutions...gluten free cereal that I had (was sweet, but tasty!) used my green sauce and pepper water, garlic paste... - 1/29/12
