Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * Panera Bread Braided Challah, 9 serving (remove)
    * Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 1 serving (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Raisins, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    * Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    2 cups chicken broth

Directions

Crumble and cook sausage. Rip up challah bread. Drain excess fat from sausage. Add celery and onion to pan and cook until translucent about 5 minutes. Add apple and raisins and saute for another couple of minutes until raisins plump. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth and then add the bread. Add chicken broth when needed. After it's all stirred together transfer to a baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray, and bake for 15 minutes at 350 or until golden brown on top.
