I'm a green smoothie addict. I love experimenting with different greens & fruit blends. I usually call 1 serving 16oz. And it's enough to fill me until lunch. I'm a green smoothie addict. Ingredients

    1 cup Original Blue Diamond Almond Milk
    1 cup frozen, unsweetened tropical fruit mix
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed
    50 oz Soft or Silken Tofu (preferably organic)
    2 oz pear juice
    16 oz uncooked kale

Directions

Add milk, fruit, flax, tofu & juice first. Blend well. Add kale & blend on "liquify." Then add ice & blend.
