Ingredients

    4 Cups Flour
    2 teaspoons Baking Soda
    1 teaspoon Baking Powder
    1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
    3 Cups Sugar
    1.5 teaspoons Salt
    1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    1 teaspoon Allspice
    1 Can (1.75 cups) Pumpkin
    1 Cup Oil
    4 Eggs
    2/3 Cup cold water

    If allergic to egg whites, substitute eggs with 4 egg yolks + 2 tablespoons Olive Oil & 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients (sift).
Add oil, water, pumpkin, and blend well.
Add eggs, beat well.

(For bread) Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

(For muffins) Pour into muffin tray(s).
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
