Ingredients

16 oz. whole wheat ziti, cooked to al dente
4 C marinara
15 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese
2 C part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In large bowl, combine sauce, ricotta, mozzarella and egg.
Pour pasta into a 9x13 pan. Pour sauce mixture on top and stir into pasta. Top pasta with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
Makes 8, 1 C servings.
