    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 1/2 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, 2%, .3/4 cup
    Olive Oil, .1/3 cup
    Vanilla extract, imitation 1/2 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed


Mix together all ingredients. And pour into a lightly oiled bread pan. Bake at 350 degree's for 1 hour or longer if needed depending on your oven. To check for doneness, insert toothpick, if it comes out clean, it is done.

This makes 10 servings.
