    1, 1 oz. Package JELL-O Pistachio Fat Free-Sugar Free Instant Pudding

    1, 8 oz. Canned Crushed Pineapple (undrained).

    1/4 Pistachios, removed from shell and run through Food Processor.

    1, 6 oz. Container of Kroger CARBmaster, Vanilla Yogurt.

    2 1/2 C. Thawed COOL WHIP FREE, whipped topping, divided in half.


Set the Cool Whip in the refrigerator to Thaw. Do not thaw in Microwave!

Process the Pistachios until almost "meal" texture, set aside.

Into a Deep Serving Bowl, mix the pudding, pineapple, and yogurt with Whisk or Mixer until well blended: add the Pistacios and mix again for a minute or two to incorporate well into the mixture. Stir in 2 cus of the Cool Whip and mix again.

Refrigerate at least 60 minutes prior to serving. Use remaining Cool Whip as Topping when served.
