Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground pork, 30% fat
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 tsp Cajun seasoning
    1 tsp cilantro
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp crushed red pepper (or more)
    1 tsp Cayenne pepper (or more)
    1 tsp ground sage

Directions

Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients with ground pork. Make 10 patties. Wrap each patty with plastic wrap, store in Ziploc freezer bag. Cook in skillet for 5 min + or -. Recipe is for "mild" sausage. Add more crushed red pepper and cayenne if you want a hotter sausage.
