Introduction

This is all done in the food processor and is not only yummy and nutritious, but is versatile. It's good on tarts, on vanilla frozen yogurt or orange sherbert, stirred into vanilla or lemon yogurt, and on top of fat-free cranberry-orange muffin bread (from a Krusteaz mix) with fat-free Redi-Whip on it...it's shortcake! Ingredients

1-1/2 bags Ocean Spray Cranberries, rinsed
1 20 oz. can Pineapple tidbits, drained
4-5 Clementines (or a large navel orange)
    1/4-1/3 Cup walnuts, if desired
1/2 Cup granulated sugar (half splenda, if desired)

Directions

1. RInse Cranberries , drain pineapple, peel clementines and separate into sections.

2. Place all ingredients except the sugar into the food processor. Process to desired consistency.

3. Add sugar. Better to start with less and add until it's your desired sweetness.

Apples may be added as well. They will also give more sweetness, so you may need less sugar then.

Done!
