Ingredients

    Rice flour, brown, 1 cup
    Oats, .5 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp.
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .1 tsp.
    Allspice, 1/4 tsp.
    Cloves, ground, 1/4 tsp.
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp.
    *Pumpkin puree, 1 1/4 c.
    Butter, salted, 1/2 c.
    Chocolate Chips, 1/2 c.
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Walnuts, chopped 1/4 c.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Stir together. Put into mini muffins tins and bake about 10 minutes.
