Very filling, super delicious! 500 mg of Sodium (Yikes! I know!) Any ideas on lowering the sodium would be greatly appreciated since this is so tasty! Ingredients

    1/2 a filet of Atlantic Salmon
    1 Garlic clove, minced
    20 Fresh baby spinach leaves
    4 Baby Artichoke Hearts, cut in half
    1/2 cup Egg Noodles
    enough Olive Oil to cook Salmon and Garlic
    5 Basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Mince garlic into olive oil in frying pan, add Salmon. Meanwhile, boil halved artichoke hearts. Add noodles to boiling water.
Flip Salmon.
Add Spinach to boiling water, lower to simmer.
Drain when spinach is soft.
Top with Salmon, garnish with chopped basil leaves.
