Ingredients

    Progresso French Onion Soup - 2 cups
    Black-eyed Peas - 1/2 cup
    Slice of Onion - Diced
    Slice of Red Pepper - Diced
    Stalk of Broccoli Chopped
    1 Can of green beans (w/ juice)
    Canned White Chicken - 4 oz.
    Cooking Spray
    Seasoning - 1 tsp

Directions

Saute' onions, peppers, broccoli in soup pan with a spritz of no-cal cooking spray. Pour in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and let simmer for 10 -15 minutes. Makes approximately five 1-cup servings.
