Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Serving size of a tricolored rotini, or whatever pasta you like
    1/2 cup of Hunt's All Natural Tomato Sauce
    2/3 cup of a California Mix vegetables (Cauliflower, Brocolli, and carrots)
    1/4 cup of frozen green peas
    2oz of frozen shrimp (optional)
    1tsp Cumin
    1tbsp Chili Powder
    1tsp Garlic Powder
    1tbsp Cajun seasoning
    1tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Boil the pasta.

Sautee veggies in oil.
When veggies are tender add shrimp and all seasonings.
Cook 3-5mins on medium.
Reduce heat and add tomato sauce.
Cook until sauce is warmed through.

Put pasta in bowl, pour veggie-sauce mixture over top, top with cheese and enjoy! :)
