Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup (160g) rolled oats, uncooked
    1/2 cup (90g) dried fruit (apricots, apples, sultanas etc)
    1/4 cup (35g) walnut
    150g wholemeal flour
    1/2 tspn ground cinnamon
    1/2 tspn vanilla
    1/4 tspn salt
    3 tbspns (80g) honey
    3 tbspns (80g) plain fat free yoghourt
    3 tbspns (80g) margarine (melted)
    2 eggs

Directions

Grease & flour tray or use baking paper. Combineall ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Drop teasponns full of mixture in little balls on the tray. Flatten slightly with fork. Bake in a hot oven at 160*C (325*F) for 10 minutes (pay attention to your nose and check them when they start to smell yummy - they are easy to overcook! Makes 28 biscuits(each 88.3 calories).
