    Incredible!
I added seasonings - coriander, crushed red pepper, cumin, garlic and left out the salt. This curry is outstanding. - 1/19/20

    Incredible!
Exactly like recipe from Heart Healthy cookbook that I love. I added celery and crushed red pepper flakes. I like mine hot and spicy. Having for lunch over rice. My husband has small side dishes with , cucumber, peanuts, bananas, onion, chutney& tomato. Tropical fruits also good with this dish. - 5/2/13
